the tools that inform my work

These aren't separate services to choose between. They're the instruments I work with, and I choose among them based on what you need on the day. Every session is one energy healing — here's how a session works.

This work is always about restoring you to wholeness — because no matter what modality you're seeking, isn't that what you're really looking for?

Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki

Reiki works by helping you slip beneath the surface of ordinary awareness, into a wider, quieter state where your energetic body can do something it rarely gets the chance to: ask for what it needs, and receive it. In that openness, universal life force moves toward the places where energy has gone stuck or dim, tending and mending as it goes. The nervous system lands. The energetic body releases. The mind quiets.

It is relaxing. Restorative. Soothing in the simplest sense. But it also reaches the rooms inside us that are hard to enter in waking life, and brings light to them.

In a session, I'm in deep communication with your energetic body. Together we let it take in what it's reaching for, and guide the light toward wherever the mending wants to happen. All the while, something else is quietly underway: you, finding your way back to your own heart and the knowing that already lives there.

When we work together, the entire session is energy healing. We'll often use Reiki as a way of deepening your ability to integrate the work we did in conversation. And there may be times we decide to give the whole session to Reiki. It's all about meeting your needs in the moment. Hands-on and hands-off options are always available.

A great deal of what Reiki does is help your nervous system settle enough to actually receive. When the body isn't braced, care can land — and whatever we found in conversation has somewhere to settle into, rather than staying an idea you had on a Tuesday. That's often why we move to the table: not to add something new, but to give what already surfaced room to take root.

Intuitive Reading & Shamanic Practices

I use my intuitive abilities to connect with your energetic body, your spirit, and what's happening in the field itself — in everyday terms, what we're all sensing around us that I can give words for. I do this through deep, focused, multidimensional listening.

My intuitive abilities are at work in every session I hold. But if you're interested in an intuitive reading — where I connect with guides, spirits, angels, your energetic body, whatever is coming through in the field — that's something we can make room for. Intuitive readings are available only in 1.5 or 2 hour sessions.

Afterward, I share what came to me while we worked: the images I saw, the messages that arrived, the sense of what your energy was asking to have witnessed. This isn't fortune-telling — I'm not reading your future or your past. What comes through speaks in metaphor and symbol: loving reflections, meant to listen for what your heart is asking to have known, and to return you to your own sovereignty of mind, so you can hear your heart clearly and lead from it.

Because that's the real intention of this work: to help you become your own guide. To bring the medicine your life is asking for, so you can live as beautifully as you long to — tending to yourself, loving yourself, and moving more authentically with the rhythms of your own life.

Astrology

Your birth chart is your signature on this earth — your soul's mark, laid down the moment you arrived. Not a forecast of what's to come, but a map: it shows the challenges you may meet and how you're uniquely shaped to meet them, where ease and joy want to flow, and the gifts already yours for the harder passages.

I use astrology as a tool for better understanding you and your soul's journey here. If those words don't connect for you, think of it as a set of archetypal figures that help in mining the subconscious.

Understanding where the planetary bodies sit in your chart gives you more grace and understanding for yourself — and confirmation of gifts and talents you may have been discounting.

Think of your chart the way a gardener thinks about a plant she's never grown before. Some things want full sun and a dry week. Some suffer if you water them on the same schedule as everything else. A fern isn't failing because it won't thrive in a desert — it's just in the wrong conditions. Your chart tells me your conditions: how much light, how much water, how much room.

It also shows me the difference between what you'll reach for and what you're actually missing. If there's already a great deal of fire in your chart, more intensity won't resource you — water will: rest, softness, something cool to the touch. For example, for a strong Taurus placement — someone who comes alive around comfort, good food, and a slow morning — I'm not going to recommend boot-camp-style workout classes and call it growth. The point was never to correct your nature. It's to find what your nature is short on, and hand you that.

Together we create a sacred container: a space held with care, where you can receive guidance in a loving form — both from your own heart, and through the way that knowing is written into your chart.

Your life is on purpose. This is a way of reaching for the tools that are already yours, so you can move through what's hard with grace, and live with the whole cosmos at your back.

Somatic Coaching

Soma means "of the body." More and more, Western thinking is coming around to what the body has always known: it holds and stores memory, pain, and experience. And the way to release that pain and build real resilience is through a deeper connection to the body itself.

Somatic coaching bridges mind and body, using physical awareness alongside cognitive strategy to help you break ingrained habits, release stored stress, and reach what you're working toward. Where standard talk coaching focuses almost entirely on mental analysis, somatic practice treats bodily signals — posture, breath, physical tension — as vital intelligence for real transformation.

We draw on that living vitality to help you feel your purpose in your body, and to move through challenges from that grounded place. We find the gifts that are uniquely yours and put them to work in service of the life you're here to live — focused on what matters, organized around what only you can do.

Curse & Thoughtform Unravelling

This work is offered by inquiry rather than booked online — it asks for a particular kind of preparation on my end, and I like to talk with you first. It generally needs about an hour and a half. If something here recognizes itself in you, please reach out and we'll talk it through, then find a time together.

All parts of our being deserve and require care: mind, body, and spirit. Spirit care doesn't require belief, only a willingness to be open to ways of working that are beyond our physical plane. I'm here to help with that.

In Western culture, curse is a heavy word — wrapped in stigma and superstition, or dismissed as an old-fashioned way of explaining life's difficulties. It may call to mind some scary, unknowable force. But what if I told you the most common curse is the one we cast on ourselves?

If curse feels too heavy, call it a thoughtform, and look at it through the lens of energy: where our attention goes, our energy flows. We can quietly curse ourselves through repeated thoughts, behaviors, and stories that train the mind to keep finding the same patterns, the same evidence, the same pain, again and again.

Curses can also come from outside us: sent directly, passed down through a family, or cast unknowingly by someone directing their energy, wishing us ill.

However they arrive, thoughtforms and curses tend to show up the same way — as "bad luck," recurring health troubles, compulsive thoughts, or family patterns that repeat across generations. They can feel completely out of our control. But enduring them is not destiny. Healing is your birthright.

Like all of my work, I meet this with compassion. Drawing on shamanic training, I journey into the spirit realm to find the source of a curse or thoughtform and begin, gently, to untangle it. This isn't therapy, and it isn't about intellectual understanding. The spirit realm speaks in symbol and metaphor — in what Carl Jung would call the language of the unconscious. Together with my guides and spirit allies, I'll detect the source, unravel it, and send you home with aftercare to help you integrate.

There is nothing to fear. If a curse is present, it is already here — and the brave, freeing act is simply to look at it with compassion, and let it go.
